About Paul Valles

     At an early age, Paul started a landscaping service in the local neighborhoods.
  By 1983, Paul worked as a contractor providing excellent remodeling designs. His
  success in the construction industry lured him to continue schooling in all aspects of
  Real-Estate. He left his business in 1991 to work for a large well known financial
  institution as a Mortgage Banker.

      In 2000, Paul started a successful mortgage company and incorporated training loan
   officers, Mortgage processors and was a member of the National Mortgage Brokers
   Association (NMBA). In 2002 he added development of new custom homes in the
   Sherman oaks area. When the first home was completed in 2003, he started a real
   estate company. To complement his business, he added an interior design group to
   decorate and sell his homes.

Paul is a certified H.A.F.A. specialist working in conjunction with the Making Home Affordable program. All the information and guidelines were personally obtained by the City commissioner for the Los Angeles Public Housing Authority Ray Mathoda.. He is aggressively negotiating short sales and pre-foreclosures and assisting in relocation. He is optimistic and proactive toward the challenges in today's market.
